This guide walks you through the WriteBros.ai dashboard, from running your first transformation to navigating history, usage tracking, and account settings. Everything you need for smooth day-to-day use lives here.

Quick start
You can complete a full writing transformation in just a few steps. The workflow works the same for essays, applications, job materials, and more.
- Paste your text into the AI Generated Text box.
- Click the blue Humanize AI Response button.
- Review the rewritten version labeled Humanized Text.
- Use Copy or Download to save it.
If the first version is close but not perfect, you can regenerate to see variations that stay within the same intent.
Main tool
AI to Human Converter
This is the core of the dashboard. Everything happens inside this area: writing, transforming, refining, and exporting.
Input area
- Paste your draft into the AI Generated Text box.
- Edit the text freely before running the transformation, or paste a fresh version when you need a new pass.
Action button
- Click the blue Humanize AI Response button to process the text and generate your new version.
- Let the length and structure of your original draft guide the output so the result stays aligned with your intent.
Output area
- View the rewritten version in the green panel labeled Humanized Text.
- Use Copy to send the humanized text straight to your clipboard.
- Click Download to save the result as a file for later editing.
- Select Side-by-Side to compare the original and humanized drafts next to each other.
Review tools
Side-by-side & regenerate
WriteBros.ai includes comparison and variation tools to help you review changes and shape a final version that fits your needs.
- Side-by-Side splits the screen with original text on the left and humanized text on the right.
- Copy sends the humanized version to your clipboard in one click.
- Download saves the result as a file for offline editing.
- Regenerate Response creates a new version from the same input so you can choose the wording that fits best.
Your previous work
History
Every time you run a transformation, WriteBros.ai can display it in the History area on the left side of the dashboard.
- Entries include time, short description, or category labels when available.
- Select an item to reopen the original and humanized text for that run.
- Use the search bar at the top of the History list to quickly locate past drafts.
- Each entry can carry an automatic label such as Academic or Applications, based on the content of the text.
History helps you revisit earlier versions instead of rerunning the same transformations from scratch.
Plan overview
Usage statistics
The usage card on the right side of the dashboard helps you keep an eye on your limits and plan details.
- Monthly Usage shows how many transformations or essays you have used in the current cycle.
- Success Rate reflects recent completion stability for your account.
- Plan displays your active subscription tier so you know which limits apply.
These metrics help you avoid surprises and plan ahead for heavier writing periods.
Account
Settings
The Settings menu collects your profile, plan details, and support links in one place.
- Account Profile shows the email associated with your login.
- Manage Billing links to your billing portal and plan changes.
- Daily Usage and Renewal date help you track your cycle.
- Documentation, Send Feedback, and Contact Support give you paths to help.
- Sign Out lets you securely log out of the dashboard.
Settings is the best place to confirm what plan you are on, update payment details, and ask for help.
