Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of WriteBros.ai, including the AI humanizer, dashboard, and any related features that help you turn AI drafts into more natural human writing. Please read them carefully because using WriteBros.ai means you agree to everything on this page.
Section 1
Overview
WriteBros.ai provides a web-based tool that rewrites AI-generated drafts into human-like text. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and WriteBros.ai. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the platform in any way.
You may see links to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy inside this document. Those pages work together with these Terms and help define how the service works, which rights you have, and which rules apply.

Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your place of residence to use WriteBros.ai. If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for protecting your login details and for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should update your password and notify us as soon as you can.
Section 3
Plans and subscriptions
WriteBros.ai may provide a free plan with usage limits and paid monthly subscriptions with extended access. Details such as limits, features, and pricing can change from time to time as the product grows.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date in your account or billing portal. By starting a paid plan, you give permission for recurring charges to the payment method on file until you cancel.

Use of the service
WriteBros.ai gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in line with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. All rights that are not expressly given to you stay with WriteBros.ai.
You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the service itself, interfere with the platform, or try to gain unauthorized access to systems behind the product. Automated scraping or bulk collection of data from the interface is not allowed without prior written permission.
Intellectual property in the platform
The WriteBros.ai name, logo, dashboard design, and underlying technology belong to WriteBros.ai and its licensors. You do not acquire ownership of the platform or the model by using the service.
Section 5
User content and privacy
You keep ownership of the text and material you submit to WriteBros.ai and of the output that the tool generates for you, subject to any third-party rights in the original content. You are responsible for ensuring that your input and output do not infringe the rights of others or violate any laws.
WriteBros.ai processes text so the service can function and improve. The Privacy Policy explains which data categories may be collected, how information can move between systems, and how we think about privacy, without revealing every internal detail of storage or retention practices.

AI output, accuracy, and limits
WriteBros.ai generates text through AI models that use patterns in data to suggest wording. Outputs may contain mistakes, outdated information, or content that does not match your intentions. You must review all text before use and decide how to apply it.
WriteBros.ai does not guarantee that any output will pass AI detection tools, meet academic or professional standards, or comply with policies from schools, platforms, or employers. Detectors, reviewers, and institutions can update their own rules at any time, and those changes sit outside WriteBros.ai control.

Payments, renewals, and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing cycle. Taxes may apply based on your location and will appear on your invoice when required. WriteBros.ai uses third-party payment processors to handle card information and transactions.
You can cancel future renewals at any time through your account or billing portal. Refund eligibility, including conditions for billing errors or service disruption, is described in the Refund Policy at /docs/refund.
Section 8
Suspension and termination
WriteBros.ai may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, violate the Acceptable Use Policy, attempt to interfere with the platform, or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or to WriteBros.ai.
You may stop using the service at any time and can cancel paid plans through your account. Termination does not remove obligations that naturally survive, such as payment for past periods, disclaimers, and restrictions on misuse of the platform.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
WriteBros.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WriteBros.ai disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, WriteBros.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, that arise from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the six months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms and contact
WriteBros.ai may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When updates happen, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. In some situations, we may provide an in-app notice or email.
If you keep using the service after new Terms go live, that use means you accept the updated version. If you do not agree with a future version of the Terms, you should stop using WriteBros.ai and cancel any paid plan.
