Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the WriteBros Affiliate Program, including referral tracking, commission eligibility, payouts, disclosures, prohibited conduct, and the legal rules that apply when you promote WriteBros.ai.

Section 1

Overview

These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the WriteBros Affiliate Program (the “Program”) operated by Genetech Software Solutions (“WriteBros,” “we,” “us”). By enrolling in the Program from your account dashboard, you (“you” or “Affiliate”) agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not enroll in the Program or promote WriteBros through a referral link. The full details below explain how referrals are tracked, how commissions are calculated, and what rules apply to promotion, payouts, and termination.

Section 2

Before you join — please read this

The Program lets you earn a commission when people you refer subscribe to WriteBros. A few things are important to understand before enrolling.

  • Earnings are not guaranteed. Whether you earn anything depends entirely on whether the people you refer sign up and pay for a subscription.
  • Commission is paid only on money actually collected. If a referred user pays $0, uses a full discount, or never subscribes, you earn nothing on that user.
  • Payouts are manual and made on our schedule. There is no automated or in-app payout. We record payouts by hand, and we do not commit to a fixed payout date or frequency.
  • Commission can be reversed. If a payment you earned commission on is later refunded or charged back, we may reverse the related commission or deduct it from your balance.
  • We can change or end the Program. Commission rates, terms, and the Program itself can change, and we can wind the Program down. Rate changes apply going forward, not retroactively.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. We may need tax forms from you before paying you, and we may report payments to tax authorities.

Section 3

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms.

Affiliate Account — your existing WriteBros account, which you must have to enroll.
Referral Link — your unique link in the form writebros.ai/r/<code>.
Referred User — a person who creates a new WriteBros account after clicking your Referral Link and being attributed to you under Section 5.
Qualifying Payment — a successful subscription payment actually charged to and collected from a Referred User through our payment processor, currently Stripe, net of nothing other than as described in these Terms.
Commission — the amount you earn on a Qualifying Payment under Section 6.
Balance — your accrued, unpaid Commission shown in your dashboard.

Section 4

Eligibility and enrollment

You must have an active WriteBros account in good standing to join. You enroll by opting in from your dashboard, at which point we issue your Referral Link.

You are responsible for everything done through your Affiliate Account and Referral Link. We may decline, suspend, or remove any Affiliate at our discretion.

Section 5

Referral links and attribution

When someone clicks your Referral Link, we record the click and place a first-party attribution cookie on their browser with a default lifetime of 30 days. If that visitor creates a new WriteBros account before the cookie expires, the new account is attributed to you.

Attribution works as follows:

  • Each Referred User can be credited to only one Affiliate.
  • Attribution is one-time and permanent for that user and is not transferable to another Affiliate.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted and are blocked. You may not refer yourself, accounts you control, or accounts created to game the Program.
  • Attribution depends on cookies and account creation. We are not responsible for referrals that are not tracked because a visitor blocks cookies, clears them, uses a different browser or device, or for any other reason outside our control.

Section 6

Commissions

Rate

Your default Commission is 30% of the gross amount actually paid on each Qualifying Payment, calculated on the real invoice amount charged through our payment processor.

A payment of $0, or a fully discounted invoice, generates no Commission. Discounts, credits, and promotions reduce the amount on which Commission is calculated.

Your rate is set per Affiliate and may be adjusted by a WriteBros administrator at any time. Rate changes apply only to future payments. Commission already accrued is never recalculated.

Duration

By default, Commission accrues on every recurring payment for as long as the Referred User remains subscribed. We may, however, set a per-Affiliate duration cap, such as the first 1, 2, 3, or 6 monthly payments per Referred User, after which no further Commission is earned for that subscriber.

Currency

All amounts are tracked and denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion is handled by the payment processor, and Commission is calculated on the USD amount we actually receive.

Section 7

Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and payouts

Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals

Commission is earned on money we actually keep. If a Qualifying Payment is later refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the related Commission is not earned, and we may:

  • reverse or cancel that Commission;
  • deduct the amount from your current or future Balance; or
  • if your Balance is insufficient, carry the negative amount forward against future Commission.

Balance, reporting, and payouts

Your dashboard displays your running Balance along with lifetime totals, clicks, signups, and active-subscriber counts. These figures are estimates for your convenience. Our records, based on payments actually collected, are controlling if there is any discrepancy.

All payouts are handled manually and offline. There is no automated or in-platform payout. When we pay you, an administrator records the payout, including date, method, reference, and any note, and your then-current Balance resets to zero.

  • No fixed schedule. We do not commit to any particular payout date, frequency, or timing.
  • Minimum threshold. We may require your Balance to reach a minimum of $10 before a payout is made.
  • Method. We choose the payout method. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any fees charged by your receiving institution.
  • Disputes. If you believe your Balance or a payout is wrong, contact us at support@writebros.ai within 30 days. Claims raised after that are waived.

Section 8

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

  • create fake, fraudulent, incentivized, or self-dealing signups or payments, or otherwise manipulate clicks, cookies, or attribution, including cookie stuffing;
  • refer yourself or accounts you own or control;
  • bid on WriteBros trademarks or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or impersonate WriteBros;
  • send spam or use any deceptive, misleading, unlawful, or unsolicited promotion;
  • make false or unsubstantiated claims about WriteBros, its features, results, or pricing; or
  • promote WriteBros on sites containing illegal, infringing, hateful, adult, or otherwise objectionable content.

If we reasonably believe you have violated this Section, we may withhold, cancel, or require return of affected Commission, and suspend or terminate your participation.

Section 9

Required disclosures, taxes, and earnings

Required disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with WriteBros wherever you promote the Program, in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and any other applicable law. Disclosures must be hard to miss and placed close to the recommendation. Burying them in a bio, footer, or behind a “more” link is not sufficient.

You are solely responsible for the legality of your promotional activity and disclosures.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for all taxes on amounts you earn. Before we pay you, we may require a completed IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons or the applicable W-8 for non-U.S. persons, and we may withhold payment until we receive valid tax forms.

We may report payments to tax authorities and issue a Form 1099, or equivalent, where required. Nothing here is tax advice.

No guarantee of earnings

The Program is an opportunity, not a promise. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, signups, conversions, or earnings, and past performance does not indicate future results. Your participation is at your own risk and expense.

Section 10

Changes to the Program and termination

Changes to the Program and these Terms

We may modify the Program, Commission rates, duration caps, payout practices, and these Terms at any time. Changes to rates and Terms apply prospectively, to clicks, signups, and payments occurring after the change.

Your continued participation after a change takes effect means you accept it. We will make the current Terms available to enrolled Affiliates.

Termination and wind-down

Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may also suspend, restructure, or wind down the entire Program.

On termination:

  • attribution and Commission accrual stop;
  • Commission validly accrued and not subject to reversal, forfeiture, or clawback under these Terms will be paid out in the ordinary course, subject to any minimum threshold; and
  • Commission tied to prohibited conduct or reversed payments is forfeited.

Section 12

Governing law, general terms, and contact

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.

General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and WriteBros regarding the Program and supersede any prior understanding. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may. Headings are for convenience only.
